The Hartford Courant just reported that Senator Dodd will "strongly oppose" the nomination of Sam Fox to become the ambassador of Belgium. (here) Sam Fox gave mucho money to the Swift Boat Vets in 2004 whose lies so severely hurt the Kerry campaign. But when questioned before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee about who asked him to contribute the money, Fox could not recall. After all, Fox had said Kerry was a hero--what more do people want? The truth?

Dodd and Kerry (here) are finally getting a modicum of retribution although much too late.

On the other hand, Senator Joe thinks Sammy boy is just great. (here) I guess Senator Lieberman has grown so accustomed to GOP lies that the Swift Boat attacks are trivial.
