Has anyone seen the RNC document retention policy? Did it surface in the Tobin case in NH? Or in other litigation?

Regardless, I expect that an Arthur Andersen-like attempt to "comply" with the policy has been in place over the last couple of months. I am sure that the RNC has not liberally construed the policy; rather, it has strictly construed the policy narrowly to ensure nothing has been lost.

Please let this post also serve as a friendly reminder to our friends at Halliburton on your move to Dubai: please carefully catalogue and save all of your employees’ notes, e-mails, and documents. Just because you are moving does not mean you can “unintentionally lose”, “accidentally destroy”, “mistakenly delete”, or “inadvertently misfile” those documents that Chairman Waxman and the American public want to see.

I'm sure Homeland Security can give their copies to Chairman Waxman
