Notice how all of the Republican Senators who suddenly are "concerned" about Iraq or have "reservations" about Iraq are up for reelection in 2008 (Sununu and Coleman and Cornyn, oh my!)? Notice also how most of them are from either blue or swing states?

Quite a coincidence, their sudden pangs of conscience and their electoral status, no?

As always, my friend Steve Benen has the goods at The Carpetbagger Report.

See my comment from previous post, only insert the names "Sununu", "Coleman", "Cornyn", or any other Republican Senator.

Kos is down?!?....Then I'm screwed too! You know all progressive bloggers have a chip in our brains so Markos can directly send his commands....Or at least that's what Joe Lieberman told me....

They put your chip in your brain?
Hmmmm, now I know why he looked so "happy" to place my chip.

I have the feeling the blogosphere gods hate me...I can't seem to comment on your blog. Once I've convinced them that I am worthy of commenting and I've performed the proper penance, I'll try again later.

I did read your latest post and skimmed through the ones I've missed and must say, I do like your blog. If anyone here hasn't seen it, you should take a look.

I have to leave now and finish my job of self mutilation to appease the gods of the blogosphere. See ya later.

Nolo problema Mary Ellen, I've been having the sign in problems with blogger also. It scoots you over to the google sign-in even if you sign in the blogger with the correct stuff.

Check out my blog for the stuff about Chris Matthews weirdness today.

Same here, about the signing in thing. I couldn't comment for weeks. And finally, I wangled my way back in.

Could have something to do with that chip in our brains...

I. Don't. Think so.

Yeah, I read that post about Matthews. I missed the show, but I'll see if it is re-aired this evening. Personally, I can't stand the guy. He always claims to be Independent and will occasionally throw the Dems a bone, but most often, he's an asshat who has a secret crush on McCain.

With my free time tonight I updated my blogger profile. Not that I don't have anything to do...I'm just procrastinating.
