Bush edging towards the 20s again in approval. My only question: Who are those 3 in 10 people who think to themselves, "yeah, this guy is really doing a swell job."
And I am suspicious that the 9% of Democrats who approve of him are Southerners still calling themselves Democrats for the sake of their heritage, but haven't voted for a Democrat in years.
Either that or they're unbelievably fuckin stupid.
Just one man's opinion.

Hi Cliff
I have time for a quick comment on this...
There's a guy that I have been "talking" to on another blog that says he's an Independent, but he is always very supportive of everything that Bush does...but then he says he's not a big fan of Bush. He's one of those guys that still thinks there are WMD in Iraq (or they've hidden it in Syria). I just don't get it. He's an intelligent guy, a lawyer, and although he's a Red Sox fan, we still agree on a lot of things...just not politics. I also have relatives (husbands side, not blood, thank God!) who are avid Bush supporters. Again, intelligent people, except when it comes to Bush. It's like they're Stepford Bush fans. Very creepy. Yeah...these people are out there and they aren't going to change their minds. I have the feeling that Bush's numbers will never drop into the mid 20's and probably hover around 29% to 32% until he leaves office. I also have the feeling that after he leaves, amnesia will overcome a big group of Americans and they will call him another "Reagan"...who was also a total failure as a President, IMO.
Here is a post from a message board. This guy is a republican who thinks Bush is doing a great job.

and i wanted to add.
while irak might be going badly..... we cant cut & run or stick our heads in the sand.
and electing the dims to take a shot isnt the answer either.
the answer is for the entire united states to stand together. (the media too)
dont buy french and german crapola..... hit em where it hurts.
we need a leader like reagan right now. dont get me wrong, i LOVE bush because he votes with his heart and not he latest polls or media opinion...... but the boy just doesnt have charisma.... and that is his biggest problem.
His misspelling of Iraq is intentional.
Bush edging towards the 20s again...
So apparently his I.Q. has risen.
Oh, that referred to poll numbers?
Never mind.
gottalaff his IQ is never hitting the 20s. Maybe the number of tequila shots Jenna and not Jenna do in an hour in Buenos Aires might reach 20 however...
Or, McClifferson, could be the number of "dates" they have--per night--while over there...
...times the square root of pi = The number of Tequila shots per night per date divided by how many times they get dumped by said dates plus the number of times they say, "Huh?" when asked any question other than "Wanna hook up?"
Is that clear?
I need a drink.
