It turns out that "straight-talk" McCain likes to talk about tolerance, but then hires as his campaign manager a guy who made the most racist ads during the last cycle.

Go figure.

McCain just has no morals. Somehow, he convinced the public that he's a stand up guy, but he is just another greedy, power hungry politician who will stop at nothing to win, even if it means hugging GWB to get what he wants. He's truly embraced the Republican party and he's not afraid to sell his soul or his broken down body to get into the White House. The guy makes me sick.

I hope our guys have the balls to put up a commercial that shows every single one of McCain's lies, flip/flops, and double talk so everyone can see what an ass he is. I'm sorry the guy had to spend time in a prison camp, but you can't use that as an excuse to be President. We've already had one incompetent buffoon to deal with, we don't need another one.

mary ellen you took the words right out of my...article I am working on right now. Seriously, I am making the exact same points.

Wow, if we can both figure it out, you think the media can?

Well, regarding our media...I haven't seen a lot of journalistic integrity in the last ten or so years, have you? I don't know about you, but it takes some real digging to find the real facts anymore and if it weren't for the internet, this country would be in a world of hurt. The internet (the liberal internet, I should say) is the only thing keeping the MSM honest, IMO. Well, I should say, the internet and Jon Stuart are keeping the MSM on their toes.

BTW, have you heard any more about the right wing starting their own Jon Stuart type comedy "fake news" show? I read something about it a few weeks ago, but nothing since. Personally, I thought Fox News was the right wing "fake news" comedy show, no?

Yeah I saw the right-wing Daily Show...When will they realize that conservatives are just not funny. Funny to look at, and kinda amusing in a "look at what they're doing again" when they're not starting wars, but funny to laugh WITH...I think not.

In fact, Dennis Miller became distinctly less funny after he became a loon.
