It seems to me we ought to be encouraging this kind of behavior rather than stifling it. But you know Republicans, they hating taxing people, except when it will help their friends in big oil who are having trouble paying that 14th mortgage.

When people are sick and dying because of the multiple effects of pollution and global warming, nobody will be left to pay their idiotic taxes, not to mention, the costs of health care to treat those suffering from these effects will further skyrocket.
