Paul McNulty, the outgoing top deputy to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, will provide testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday. UPDATE: At noon. UPDATE #2: CSPAN 3.

But according to his written statement, he's doing the CYA dance. Or should I say, the CG[Gonzo's]A. He claims that
any controversy was the result of errors, and not an effort to lie to Congress.

And I'm claiming that there has been no campaign and political corruption since Bush took office, that no child has been left behind, that Regent University is a top tier destination for future lawyers, and that Rudy G. had no idea his North Carolina campaign manager did blow.
