For you actual humans who live outside the Beltway, on Friday the Appeals Court overturned DC's gun ban. I'm waiting to hear Republicans complain about judicial activism, and how tyrants in black robes are overturning the will of the people. So far, the silence has been deafening.

The good news is this decision is likely to be over turned by the full DC circuit.

Yeah, BC, why is it that everyone on the right gets laryngitis at times like this?
Worse yet, why in the world isn't there more outrage about the onslaught of hypocrisy, which rears its two-faced head as often as the multitude of Bush/Cheney/Rove/Libby scandals do.
