I double checked my Sunday Morning line up, and I did not see Governor Vila on any of the shows, let alone a mention of this.

Governor's Call For U.S. Withdrawal From Iraq Greeted With Standing Ovation At National Guard Conference
A call by Puerto Rico's governor for a U.S. withdrawal from Iraq earned a standing ovation from a conference of more than 4,000 National Guardsmen.
Gov. Anibal Acevedo Vila said Saturday that the U.S. administration has "no new strategy and no signs of success" and that prolonging the war would needlessly put guardsmen in harm's way.
"The war in Iraq has fractured the political will of the United States and the world," he said at the opening of the 129th National Guard Association general conference. "Clearly, a new war strategy is required and urgently."

Seems pretty simple to me.
A governor who says something smart?
Wow, that rocks my world.
I wish I could be in the room when they have to explain to Dubya why he can't invade Puerto Rico...

don't be too sure ...
Sadly, This administration is not capable of a single original thought. Peace to these buffoons is a novel concept, and a new strategy has to be pennies from heaven. Equally dysfunctional is our media, who are as complicit in this quagmire as are the neanderthals that started it.
And as far as Gov. Vila's non-appearance on the talk shows..why would they have him on. Like everything else that deals with Hispanics, the media chooses to have a front person, because Hispanics need the White Boss man to speak on his/her behalf. Welcome to Apartheid...US Style.
Thank You
