I wonder if there is a reason for the fat storage and extra hunger that the body requires and that they don't know about?
Sure as they believe it causes diabetes, heart problems etc...it needs to be addressed. But I often wonder if nature knows something they don't yet?

But I'm not in menopause, I'm only thirty. So my issue is the donuts. And the Cheetos. And the margaritas and nachos. And not enough pilates and yoga.
God, I feel like crap. I'm sure I had a bag of peanut M&Ms somewhere here...

My mother had a hysterectomy at the age of 48. She immediately went on HRT, but that didn't stop her from gaining tons of weight and didn't prevent the heart disease that eventually killed her.

I've decided to eschew the chemicals and try to deal with this by stepping up the exercise.
