During the Democratic debate, John Edwards attacked both Hillary and Obama over Iraq saying "There is a difference between leadership and legislating." According to ABCnews, Obama shot back.

"You're about 4 1/2 years late on leadership on this issue."

Don't know if it was a planned line or ad-libbed, but ouch!

From what I've been hearing from some of the calls on the Air America show, that people felt that it was Hillary who showed the most leadership in the group. Apparently when Wolf asked them to raise their hand to answer some hypothetical question, she refused to answer because she doesn't answer to that type of question. When she did that, they all looked to her and also refused. That showed that she was able to lead.

I didn't see the debate, but that was a smart move on her part.

I also heard that Obama did better than last time but still kept his answers on the safe side.

Also, that Richardson had a hard time finding the right words.

I wish I hadn't missed it.
