It's going to be a helluva weekend.
not a good way to start the day
From experience seeing people "help" with projects like this, please keep the chainsaw and the beer in that order.
And from experience with this problem myself, you have my empathy. You could have my chain saw, but I'm using it on my own downed trees--and I'm grateful that my job is going to be considerably easier than yours. Good luck--and be careful up there.

are you kidding? I think we live in the same neighborhood! I have a stone cold psycopathic bitch living on my block, too! Maybe they're just related.
I would imagine you should just call your homeowners insurance company and let them deal with her insurance company. Let your "people" do the work for you.
