First, the Valerie Plame hearing is on right now--it's good stuff. Watch Republicans inevitably try and smear someone who put her life on the line for our country. In GOP terms, let's watch them cut and run from patriotism. Watch it on C-SPAN.

Now onto business.

Ok, this has taken more time than I meant it to.

But I am ready to award our first Howie Klein award, for the pundit/blogger who takes no crap from the right and therefore choooses to stand up to their bullying.

The choice was easy for the first award. It must be jointly given to Max Blumenthal and Mike Stark, who went to CPAC, the belly of the illiberal, irrational and moronic beast, and created good viewing and audio by taking on the likes of Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, David Horowitz and the rest of that merry band of lunatics.

Congrats guys. I hope to soon have a fundraiser set up to award those who win this award, as well as The Jim Webb, which is for public servants, to show our appreciation to those who don't cower in the face of right-wing bed-wetters.

This hearing is amazing. I'm so glad Valerie put to rest the smear that she sent her husband to Niger. Of course, you won't hear any of this stuff in the GOP talking points.
