Andrew Kirtzman gets it right. A long time NY reporter, he cuts through the hazy halo surrounding Giuliani since 9/11 and takes a critical look at his time as Mayor. He got results (there is no debate about that), but he also alienated the entire black community, trampled on civil rights (sound familiar), estranged his entire family and essentially declared war on anyone who didn't show him complete fealty.

Kirtzman points out the key question isn't whether Rudy is too liberal to be President. The key question is - Is he too much of a jackass to be President?
