For the second time tonight, I am just about speechless.
If you have not seen it...You. Must. Watch. This.
It is Keith Olbermann's Special Comment tonight on the reports of Bush's supporting this ridiculous escalation in troops in Iraq. I will not even try and use rhetoric, because I cannot top Keith tonight. I have no chance.
He bordered on calling our president a traitor, claiming in plain language that he was continuing the war and KILLING (yes he used that word many times) more of our troops for war profiteers, politics and "his ego." He also called out McCain.
You must go watch this now....

The thing that just floors me about Keith is that he is so incredibly articulate, and you just don't have that any more in out "talking heads". They're hard pressed to put two syllables together.
Amazing. I think, after Bush's speech announcing a troop increase, the Democrats should play this video in rebuttal. No one could say it better or with more sincerity. Keith Olbermann is my hero.
NOBODY can top KO right now. He rules. And to think he used to be a sportscaster. AMAZING!!

KO'd...It has a nice ring to it. Like "the exiled former president of the United States, Mr. Bush"...
Well, he has apparently bought an estate in Paraguay. Course, as somebody said recently, "Bush is so incompetent that he will probably blow up Paraguay and escape to The Hague."

This man is nuts. I am going to have a lot to say in my weekly Americablog piece.
And I think it may just be about time, as the new year is upon us, that I end my self-imposed tv blackout and get back out there...
Oh yeah, and a reminder folks, I will be back doing my normal Young Turks routine at 8am tomorrow...hmm, maybe I should put this on the frontpage...oh well...
1) Keith is the most articulate, courageous TV spokesperson I can think of...ever. When I saw him last night I nearly started a fire with the candles I lit at my new shrine at the base of the TV.
2) Cliff is to print what Keith is to TV.
3) I have no shrine for Cliff. He keeps moving and knocking over the candles.
