An attorney who formerly led a Michigan young Republican organization has pleaded guilty in Cleveland to sexual battery.
The case against 32-year-old Michael Flory of Jackson, Michigan, involved forced sex acts on a woman while both were at a Cleveland convention last July.
Flory faces one to five years in prison or probation at his sentencing Sept. 13.
Flory is the former chairman of the Michigan Federation of Young Republicans.
Prosecutors said the woman -- also from Michigan -- is satisfied that Flory has accepted responsibility for the crime.

So he responsibly assaulted her. That's okay then.
Wait for it ... somehow he is going to blame the woman for the incident... remember, when republican men have problems with women, it is always the woman's fault, and has absolutely nothing to do with the behavior or attitude of the man.
If a lawyer is accepting sexual battery, then you know there was a slam-dunk case of rape against him and he plea bargained like a sniveling little wuss. Or he must have been a really lousy lay and didn't want the publicity of a trial.
Either way, it sucks to be him.
You are both right, Sirs! We have 2 winnahs!
We'll be back again next week for another episode of, "Sexual Battery? He Must Be Republican!"
And I thought Republicans were only good at stuffing ballot boxes. Hel-LO!
Repression leads to perversion.
