Rita Cosby Writing About Anna Nicole

Former MSNBC host Rita Cosby is penning a book about Anna Nicole Smith's death, a tipster points out.

Google shows several hits for "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death." Hachette Book Group pulled its listing for the book yesterday, but the description is still cached.

"Unless you've been living under a rock, you probably think you know all there is to know. She overdosed. She was a drug addict. You don't know a thing," it says. "In a book that is sure to shock even the most avid pop culture junkies, Rita Cosby blows the lid off of the story of the year."

The book is apparently embargoed because it contains "headline-making" revelations. According to the now-deleted web page, it comes out Sept. 4...

At least we won't have to listen to her.

And she's off MSNBC, so the book can't be all that bad.
