Who remembers that Seinfeld episode? He sounds exactly like that.
Sorry, if you don't know who Mr. Smiles in the photo is, it's one Brad Schlozman...appearing live today in front of a very frustrated Judiciary Committee.
And sounding very much like he'd just inhaled a tank of helium.
It's "High Pitch Schlozman" the Mayor of Munchkinland, representing the Lollypop Guild.
