What does BushCo hate most, stem cells to save lives, or Iran?

It's a tie!

You say tomato, I say tomahto. Bad news for the Bushies:
Stem Cell Transplant Advance "Thrilling"
In a major scientific advance, U.S. researchers have used human embryonic stem cells to repair damaged heart tissue in rats that had suffered cardiac arrests.
And more bad news:
Iran Agreed to Clarify Work, Let Monitors In
Iran agreed to clarify issues about plutonium experiments and the origin of its uranium enrichment program and pledged to allow more United Nations inspectors into the country, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
I can't imagine anything more disheartening than 1) saving lives by using some undifferentiated primal cells, and 2) a potentially nuclear capable nation making headway with the IAEA. What horror stories! Maybe we should raise the threat level to orange!
