I'm confused.
Then who is Vice-President, the guy who actually runs everything and makes all the decisions?
What, is Cheney up in the Oval Office playing video games, eating pretzels, and looking up Condi's skirt?
My guess would be that he's lying naked in the Oval office, eating braised kitten and signing "Executive Orders" like a mofo.
