Maybe Michael should just ignore the subpoena. I understand it's okay to do that now.

Michael Thursday said the Bush administration has served him with a subpoena regarding his trip to Cuba during the making of his new film, "Sicko."NBC will do anything for ratings, won't they? And Bush will do, well, anything.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker, who appeared Thursday on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," said he was notified about the subpoena at the network's studios in Burbank, Calif.
Maybe Michael should just ignore the subpoena. I understand it's okay to do that now.

The Bushies are so desperate to change the subject to anything but their multitude of scandals and their obvious mental illness.
Isn't perseciting Michael Moore just another symptom of Bush's obvious Messiah complex?
Serving Moore with a supoena is no laughing matter. But then, when was the last time there was something funny on The Tonight Show?
`You are only allowed to ignore subpoenas from Congress, not from the King's court.
I thought gottalaff would have know that.
