GOP may target Clinton Administration e-mails
Raw Story
Published: Tuesday April 24, 2007

Probes can go both ways, Republicans are warning Congressional Democrats who are investigating the use of private, sometimes GOP-issued e-mail accounts by many Bush Administration staffers, a Capitol Hill newspaper reports.

(snip)

"If you can go back through five years of e-mails, you can go back 10 years of e-mails,” McNicoll is quoted as saying. "The Clinton administration was doing this too — they were using e-mail accounts that were outside the presidential records system."

Is there ANYTHING the Republics don't think the Clenis did bigger, better and badder?

We'll look at the Clinton emails when Papa Bush's and Reagan's records are unsealed as well. Not just emails, but the whole thing.

I'm all for it. It's all public, and it all belongs to us, the people. So have at it.

And by the way: when it comes to Reagan and Daddy Bush, we're not talking about stuff that exists outside the usual governmental channels.

We're talking about official government documents that W. has sealed up. So if the GOP wants to go down the road of opening it all up it's fine with me.
