This is simply hysterical. My friend Max Blumenthal, who is a contributor to The Nation, among other things, shows shades of Michael Moore at CPAC.

See Malkin freak out on him, his questioning Coulter's failed engagements in a room full of hard-core righties, David Horowitz insult him, Tancredo folk try and hide their Confederate love.

All with Max giving a masterful narration, replete with the mixture of humor, sarcasm, confrontation and theme that you usually can only find in Moore documentary. I am not exaggerating.

Go check it out.

I hope so. The guy has got some moxie. Made those people look like the mental midgets they are.

If this is the face of the Republican Party, I'll happily take it. They'll never win another election.

Even better than Moore! Max is my new hero. It must have been like walking into a den of lions to take on all those loons like that.

Max is wonderful. We can only hope that he makes it a longer documentary. You have excellent friends, Cliff.

Thanks for all you guys!

That is great stuff from Max. I posted on the message board for TDS this morning trying to alert them to it. Maybe you know an actual email address you could send it to?

BTW, Mike Stark of callingallwingnuts.com just happened to talk to Malkin right afterwards. The audio is hilarious!
