An interesing piece on a lost $90 million dollar earmark. According to the Project On Government Oversight, "[A]lthough the earmark has an unidentified author, the funds went to the Department of Defense’s Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy headed by Douglas J. Feith at the time...."

More from the article: “This earmark raises so many questions including why a policy office would need to receive earmarked funds,” notes POGO Defense Investigator Nick Schwellenbach. “Unfortunately, because the earmark is classified we don’t know how the money was used.”

Hmmmmmmm.
