And here's what we'll get:

Former vice presidential aide Lewis "Scooter" Libby on Monday lost his bid to delay serving his 2 1/2-year prison sentence while he appeals his conviction in the CIA leak case. [...]

The three-judge panel of the appeals court rejected Libby's request in a one-paragraph order, ruling he has not shown that his appeal "raises a substantial question."

The ruling was issued by all three members of the appeals court panel. Judges David Sentelle and Karen LeCraft Henderson were appointed by Republican presidents [Daddy Bush] while Judge David Tatel was appointed by a Democratic president.

Here comes the endless Pardonese. I wonder what Vicky Toensing will lie say about all this. And I wonder if orange is Scootie's color. Can't wait to see!

Victoria Toensing is a vicious bitch. There I said it!

What is it with these republican women anyway? Nasty, artificial (and to borrow from Coulter) harpies and harridans. Look at 'em - Schafly, Henretty, Ingraham, Morgan, Schlessinger,Coulter, Buchanan, Malkin and so on.

And the MAnn says the 9/11 widows are harpies and Elizabeth Edwards is a harridan.

Maybe the Scootster should check in with Paris on how to handle prison. She might have some tips on how to go down on a bologna sandwich. Wonder if Scooter dots HIS 'i's with little skulls and cross bones?
